A house re-designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh for modelmanufacturer W.J. Bassett- Lowke. Carefully restored to its 1917 appearance in 2003, it is among Mackintosh’s last architectural works, and is the only Mackintosh house open in England. Supporting exhibitions explore the Mackintosh designs and celebrate the life and work of Bassett-Lowke.
